We assist with the registration/renew or upgrade of your CIDB certificate. We ensure that all supporting documents necessary for the obtaining of your CIDB certificate are complete before submission as to allow timely delivery of your CIDB certificate.

Please ensure that you visit us to submit your original documents as CIDB does not accept faxed or scanned documents in terms of certified ID copies, bank statements etc. We are based in Johannesburg CBD at the corner of Pritchard and Harrison Street, 4th Floor, Ten Sixty Six/Old Mutual Building. Please ensure that you bring the following documents to start the process of registration


  • Certified ID copies of company members –Grades 1 to 9
  • Company registration certificate (Ck founding Statement)-Grades 1 to 9
  • Tax Clearance Certificate-Grades 1 to 9
  • Electrical Certificate (for electricians)-Grades 1 to 9
  • Letter of tender award-Grade 2 to 9
  • Certificate of completion showing breakdown of actual work done-Grades 2 to 9
  • Final payment certificate indicating contract value-Grades 2 to 9
  • Bank statement indicating amount for tender was actually received -Grades 2 to 9
  • Financial Statements (we will draft & sign off if you don’t have these)-Grade 3 to 9
  • Joint venture agreement (If applicable)


Turnaround time for CIDB registration is 21 Working days if all CIDB procedures are followed.


Our admin fees for the above service is R600 excluding financial statements preparation. In the event that you require financial statements, we charge from R1, 200 depending on the affairs and the number of transactions on your bank statement.
